Welcome to Uselee!

USELEE LTD ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Uselee CRM platform for businesses. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Payment and checking the acceptance box at the time of subscription constitute agreement to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply exclusively to businesses.

2. Service Modules

Customers can subscribe to individual modules of their choice. No free trials are currently available.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed via credit card.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, with the option for one-time payments for specific features.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. As a business service, the 14-day cancellation policy does not apply.

4. Prohibited Use

Customers are prohibited from using the CRM for any illegal activities. Attempts to reproduce, copy, or reverse-engineer the Uselee application are strictly forbidden.

5. Support

Uselee includes customer support through the platform interface, available to all subscribers.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • By Customer: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, any ongoing month is due in full. For example, if the subscription is canceled on the second-to-last day of the billing cycle, the customer will still be billed for the current month.
  • By Uselee: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or attempts to replicate our application.

7. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all data they store within the CRM. To retrieve stored data upon cancellation, customers must submit a request via email to contact@uselee.com.

8. Service Availability

Uselee does not guarantee service availability or uptime. We disclaim all liability for technical issues or data loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UK law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or within the CRM interface, as with updates to our Privacy Policy.
